Exchanges and Returns

If you want to exchange or return any item of your order please send us an email at sales@chimmychurry.com. Once we have processed your request, we will manage the new shipment or return, depending on the option you selected.

Exchanges

Once we have received and processed the exchange request by email we will arrange to have the new item delivered to you and the return item picked up at the same time.

Returns

Once the return item has been received by our mail carrier we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount.
